What ProBooked collects

ProBooked may collect account details, business profile information, customer contact information, service addresses, job descriptions, quote answers, uploaded job photos, booking details, reviews, and basic usage or security information needed to operate the platform.

How customer requests are shared

Marketplace browsing does not broadcast a customer's private job request to every business. Customers choose which business receives their description, photos, and contact information when they submit a request.

How information is used

Information is used to provide service discovery, quoting, lead management, bookings, business tools, support, security, billing, and platform communications.

Service providers

ProBooked uses third-party infrastructure for services such as authentication, hosting, database/storage, billing, and email delivery. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored by ProBooked.

Job photos and business files

Uploaded job photos are associated with the selected request and business. Access is restricted through platform permissions and storage rules. Businesses are responsible for content they upload to their public profiles.

Basic launch analytics

ProBooked counts page visits, request starts and completions, business signups, plan-limit hits, and upgrades. Traffic uses a temporary browser session identifier and daily hashed identifiers. Analytics does not store job descriptions, contact details, photos, search terms, or precise locations. Raw IP addresses are not stored in analytics. Traffic respects Do Not Track where the browser supplies it. Analytics events are retained for up to 90 days.

Retention and deletion

Records may be retained as needed for account history, business operations, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and platform support. Account or data questions can be submitted through the Support page.

Your choices

Customers can choose whether to upload photos and which business receives a marketplace request. Businesses can manage public profile visibility, marketplace participation, services, and account settings from their dashboard.
